Just a spoonful of vinegar

In China food as medicine is not something they think about, it is just a way of life. In the U.S. we are starting to accept this concept, an example is the Mediterranean diet and olive oil.
The Chinese consider the healing powers of vinegar equal to those of olive oil. Because of the intense flavor of vinegar it has not been as readily excepted as olive oil by the world. Scientist in the U.S. would say there is no proof that vinegar has any healing properties. I think the Chinese might reply the proof has been around since time began we do not need lab test.
Vinegar may be best known for the actions on your liver, where it helps dilute toxins and kills any infections.
